We have worked with MCL on several shopping center and freestanding retail projects. Mike and staff are very responsive from concept plan to tenant turnover and beyond. I am particularly pleased with his accounting system/staff and his genuine efforts to keep handles on the project as he would one of his own. MCL is a preferred contractor in our book.
