Michael Longsdorf

Member/Owner

Mike founded MCL Companies LLC in March of 1991. Prior to that, he worked for his dad in the family construction business and then for a local general contractor as a project superintendent/manager. His belief that the customer comes first has guided his business philosophy in growing and leading this company. He sees every challenge as an opportunity.

As owner, there are a certain amount of office-related duties that must be performed. However, Mike much prefers to be on the jobsites where the action is.

Mike and Tina have been married since 1987 and have two grown children, Calli and Cody.

Jeffrey Martin

Project Manager

Jeffrey has worked in the construction industry since 1994 and joined MCL in 1999.  As project manager, he is responsible for estimating, budgeting and bidding for MCL, as well as handling all scheduling and direct oversight of all contractors and tradesman for his projects.

Jeffrey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from UW-Stout and has over 20 years of construction experience. He works with all areas in the business, including leading projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Cody Longsdorf

Project Superintendent

Cody has worked in the construction industry since 2009 and joined MCL in 2014. He has an Associates Degree in Civil-Structural Engineering.

Cody coordinates the subcontractors’ schedules and oversees the job sites. Cody is the on-site company contact for owners, inspectors and subcontractors. He resolves any questions on interpretations of architectural, structural or civil plans.
